BOOK WORKUS FITNESS
To compliment our aerial classes, we have two circus fitness classes that spaces can be reserved in each week. If not booked into a block of aerial classes, each class is £6 per session.
Friday 7-8pm flexibility with Jo (following the Alixa flexibility method) - 10 spaces
Sunday 6-6.45pm circus fitness with Suzie (aerial and floor fitness stations) - 8 spaces
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT TO FLEXIBILITY CLASS (and yoga blocks if you have them)
Cost: fitness and flexibility are included with 1 or more aerial blocks, or are £6. Spaces must be reserved by first signing up via the appropriate link on
