Please note our classes are in high demand and in most cases you will be added to our waiting list until a place comes available. We will get you into a class as soon as we can!
If you have an additional support need or a disability and would like to take part, then we can arrange time before your first class to introduce you to our training space and also to understand your needs before your first class.

Children’s circus classes
Our children’s classes are popular and spaces are first offered to our returning students, then spaces are allocated to new students.
Class content is mixed circus skills from a variety of: aerial silks/ hammock / hoop / trapeze / acrobalance / juggling / hooping / clowning / performance.

Kids
We don’t have standard age limits, but generally go by age 6-9 years in this class.
Monday 4pm - 5pm or
Saturday 2-3pm
Juniors
We don’t have standard age limits, but generally go by age 9-12 years in this class.
Saturday 3.10-4.10pm
Teens
We don’t have standard age limits, but generally go by age 12+ years in this class (S1/2 upwards)
Monday 5.15-6.15pm and
Saturday 4.20-5.20pm
Static Trapeze
A trapeze is a short horizontal bar hung by ropes and one of the most common circus acts.
In a static trapeze class you will learn how to get one and off safely, as well as lots of fun tricks under, on top of and standing on the bar! Trapeze acts may be performed solo, double or as a group act.
Aerial Silks
Aerial silks (also known as aerial fabric or tissu) is a popular circus skill in which one or more artists perform aerial acrobatics while hanging from a fabric.
We will teach you fundamental climbs, locks and movements and then progress to short linked skill routines to wow your friends!
Aerial Hoop
The aerial hoop (lyra) is a circular steel apparatus resembling a hula hoop.
It can be used static, spinning, or swinging and may be performed solo, double or as a group act. Popular with dancers, you will learn lots of beautiful poses and fun tricks.
Aerial Rope
Rope is a popular circus skill in which one or more artists perform on a covered rope.
We will teach you fundamental climbs, locks and movements and then progress to short linked skill routines to wow your friends!
Hammock
A hammock or sling is a short piece of fabric hung like a hammock. It is a great introduction before taking on silks but has great possibilities on it’s own.
In a hammock class you will learn how to twist and turn and pose for great photos!
Cloud Swing
Cloud is a dreamy piece of equipment that merges the skills of rope and hammock. The cloud is set up like a big smile, and it sure makes you smile!
It can be used static or swinging and may be performed solo, double or as a group act.
Spanish Web
Spanish web is a rope apparatus that spins fast with the help of a person who spins the rope!
Web is only available by booking a private lesson.
Lollipop
Lollipop is a pole dance pole with a hoop attachment. The lollipop can spin or stay static. It is a solo or duo apparatus. is only available by booking a private lesson.
Private lessons
If you want to get started in circus skills we can offer 1-1 lessons (we particularly welcome students who have no circus school close to home). Also perfect if you want to perfect a particular skill or apparatus.
Hula hoop
Hula hooping is not only a great workout for your abs, but it's a great way to have fun and impress your friends. We also have LED hoops to play with.

Juggle
Learn to juggle basic three ball patterns, and then progress onto clubs, knives or even fire! Our drop in juggle sessions are Saturday afternoon.
Under 16s must be signed in by an adult.
Acrobalance
In acrobalance we explore movement, partner lifting and catching, handstanding, and positioning for basing another person or people. We explore a combination of standing and lying moves.
Open training
We offer weekly open training sessions for our students who are preparing for performance and can also accommodate visiting professionals for 60/90/120 mins.

Circus Fitness
Our circus fitness class (we call it WorkUs) helps you to get stronger so that you can master impressive skills. WorkUs is followed by yoga for holistic health for a more gentle stretch / relaxing session. These classes are included when you sign up for a block of aerial classes.
Flexibility
We offer the Alixa Flexibility method and this class is included when you sign up for a block of aerial classes.
The Alixa method increases flexibility, strength, encourages safe progression, alignment and helps prevent injuries.
