Adventure Circus SCIO is looking for new trustees to join its board! Our trustees work to support the organisation to realise our mission vision and uphold our values. 

We are specifically seeking a new treasurer, and up to two general trustees.

We are delighted to be back at the gorgeous Abercairney near Crieff to add some ‘see and show and have a go’ activity to the Festival of Imagination!

We are delighted to have completed an amazing 5 visits to schools across Perth & Kinross to deliver workshops with school pupils and present our short version show DragonFyre!

It is great to be able to share this exciting new event - the Edinburgh Acrobatics Festival!

There has not been an acrobatics convention in Scotland since before the pandemic, so it is very exciting to welcome acrobats back to Scotland after a long break.

We have an excellent line up of workshops to try for our adult students while aerial classes are off during the Easter holidays! And good news, our floor based classes are still running so if you have not tried our juggle club or hula hoop classes, now is the time!

We are very excited to announce that Adventure Circus is partnering up with Riders of the Storm (Equestrian Stunt Display Team) to provide aerial and fire performers for their April show, Just a Dream.

Life has thrown many extreme challenges the way of Bethany Haines, but since joining Adventure Circus her life is looking much more positive.

The 17th edition of Manipulate Festival is just around the corner (1–11 Feb) with Circus/Physical Theatre workshops, shows, talks and more!

Our event is to help us raise money so we can support local children to attend our school holiday circus clubs for free.

Gemma and Jo had a fantastic day filming comedian Paul Black with BBC Scotland (Thursday 23 November). The new show plans to go out in the new year, and is based on Paul’s social media followers setting him challenges.

CXCampbell Aerial Cabaret presents an Alice in Wonderland inspired show, back at Assembly Roxy Central for the 3rd year with more amazing aerial and circus acts! Inspired by Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland, we'll use a variety of acrobatics including juggling, trapeze, silks and much more to tell the story of Alice's journey through Wonderland

We are delighted to be bringing Dragonfyre back to life to portray the Legend of the Kinnoull Hill Dragon through story telling, fire performance, puppetry and aerial and ground acrobatics.

Dragonfyre is possible thanks to 2023 funding from the Gannochy Trust, Perth Common Good Fund and the Thompson Trust.

Adventure Circus was a key partner in the organisation and delivery of the Active Schools and Sports Development event, Gie it Laldy on Wednesday 4 October. The event was hosted across a number of sports venues in Perth, offering girls in S2 and S3 the chance to try different sports and take part in inspirational workshops.

In the lead up to the Trauma Healing Together Perth & Kinross Mental Health & Wellbeing Festival, Adventure Circus instructor Suzie Bee shared her personal mental health journey where she credits circus as saving her life. Watch the feature here
