Our yoga sessions with Suzie are intended to support your mental wellbeing. Yoga has been scientifically proven to benefit the mind and body. In these sessions we will be practicing relaxation, mindfulness and breathing techniques which can be useful strategies to help cope with stress, anxiety, fatigue and/or depression.

Our funding means that we can offer these sessions free of charge to Adventure Circus students, however so that we can continue to offer wellbeing sessions, we have a pay what you can model set up so that you can choose to support future wellbeing sessions beyond our funding period.

For all other participants, yoga sessions are £6 per session, please select Yoga PWYC £6 when Suzie has confirmed your place.
